Periodic inspections 

5.10   CLEANING OF THE AIR FILTERS

SCOPE OF ACTIONS

•  Reduce pressure in the supply line.

The pressure in the pipe can be 
reduced by pushing the plug of 
the pneumatic connection as far 
as it will go.

• 

Extend the filter slide (1).

Use the other hand to hold the 

filter  cover  (2).  After  removing 

the slide, the cover will be 
pushed out by the spring located 

in the filter housing.

• 

Wash  the  filter  element  and  body 

thoroughly with water and blow with 
compressed air. Installation should 
be in reverse order.
