The front panel of the power supply unit has three green LED indicators.  When the voltage
is present and correct they will be on.  There are also three voltage test points; +15V, -15V,
and 5.4V.  These are nominal voltages and actual measured values may differ slightly.
When measuring these voltages always use the 0V as the reference.
