You must log on to Windows 10 with your Microsoft account on any
device to be synchronised, or link your Microsoft account to your work
or school account, to complete the synchronisation. If the "Sync your
settings" option is not available on your device, this feature may not be
supported by your organisation.
App Settings
Within an app, you can change default settings, access Help
information and add accounts through "Settings".
Open the "Settings" option in the app and make the desired changes
under the respective point.

(symbol with three dots).
