8 Main menu
Figure 4 shows the main window where the data of the
equipment operation and four (4) quick programs of the
manufacturer are displayed.
Quick icons
1. Active alarms:
flashes on display.
2. HACCP alarm: If HACCP limits are exceeded,
starts to
flash on display.
3. Light symbol
illuminates when internal light is on.
4.
illuminates on the display and flashes at the end of the
cycle when drying.
5. Cabinet / Room Temperature:
the actual internal air
temperature shows on display.
6. Process phase: the selected function is shown at the top left
corner of display –
Soft Chill by temp is running
Figure 5 shows the display when the equipment is in standby
mode
