5. After IC2 radiates ultrasound burst signals, it supplies 93 kHz divided-frequency pulses
from its OSC pin. Q4 level-shifts the pulses & inputs to IC4.
6. IC4 checks the distance parameters of 1.2m/1.92m. If the subject is closer than 1.2m,
left-hand LED2 lights. If the subject is farther than 1.92m, right-hand LED1 lights. If
the subject is between 1.2m and 1.92m away, both LEDs light.
7. The range setting can be fine-tuned using jumper pins P0, P1, P2 and P3 connected
to IC4. VR1 and VR2 are used to adjust the gain.
