8. Install the three water pump hoses and torque the

hose clamps to specification.

TORQUE

Coolant Hose Clamp:

35 in-lbs (4 Nm)

9. Fill and bleed the Cooling system. Refer to Coolant

Service page 3.80.

10. Install the right rear wheel. Refer to Wheel Service

page 2.52.

11. Connect the battery. Refer to Battery Service page

2.62.

HEATER VALVE SERVICE

1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Coolant Service

page 3.80.

2. Remove the three coolant hoses attached to the

heater valve.

3. Remove the four heater valve fasteners to remove

the heater valve.

TORQUE

Heater Valve Fasteners:

6 ft-lbs (8 Nm)

4. Fill and bleed the cooling system. Verify no leaks are

present. Refer to Coolant Service page 3.80.
