FINAL DRIVE

Install the steering tie rod end onto the front bearing carrier
and torque fastener to

42.5 ft. lbs. (58 Nm)

Torque wheel hub nut to

80 ft. lbs. (108 Nm)

and install a NEW

cotter pin. Tighten nut slightly if necessary to align cotter pin
holes.

Install wheel and (4) wheel nuts. Torque wheel nuts to
specification.

Rotate wheel and check for smooth operation. Bend both
ends of cotter pin around end of spindle in different
directions.

Front Caliper Mounting Bolt Torque:

30 ft. lbs. (40 Nm)

CAUTION

New bolts have a pre-applied locking agent

which is destroyed upon removal. Always use

new brake caliper mounting bolts

upon assembly.

Tie Rod End Fastener Torque:

42.5 ft. lbs. (58 Nm)
