10.3.6 Block a valve
After pressing BL by a unblocked valve a decimal keyboard will appear and you have to enter the PIN
for
bl unblocking
a valve (by authorized personnel only). The control of the valve is blocked.
Neither the SCADA-System nor the PLD can control the valve.
10.3.7 End the blocked state of a valve
After pressing BL by a blocked valve a decimal keyboard will appear and you have to enter the PIN for
bl unblocking
a valve (by authorized personnel only).
10.3.8 Modify the parameter Actuator
You can change this parameter by the selection of the type like radio buttons. But you can’t change
the type of the node itself. Therefore,
you can’t change the node VCI card to an IO card.
