3. If you are sending through Multiple Node 1 Relay Stations, when you specify
Node 2 destinations in Step #8 (e.g., Speed Dial numbers 10 and 11), the
document will be sent to Speed Dial numbers 10 and 11 of both Node 1 Relaying
Stations. The document would be sent to a total of four Node 2 Relay Stations.
4. If you are sending through Multiple Node 2 Relay Stations when you specify
Final Destinations in Step #13 (e.g. One Touch Key number #15), the document
will be sent to One Touch Key number 15 of both Node 2 Relaying Stations.
5. The Node 1 stations must have all Node 2 destinations designated as Relay
Stations. Relaying from Node 2 to the Final Destination(s) will not be possible if
Node 1 stations do not have Node 2 destinations Speed Dial numbers or One
Touch Key numbers assigned as Relay Stations. If Speed Dial numbers or One
Touch Key numbers entered in Step #8 have not been pre-designated as Relay
Stations, the Originator display will read "REMOTE FAX HAS NO RELAY
FACILITY." Node 1 Operators should refer to their Operating Guides for directions
to identify Node 2 Speed Dial numbers as Relay Stations. This can generally be
found in the “Programming a Speed Dial Number” Section of this Operator Guide.
6. If you need to temporarily interrupt an AutoDial job while it is in progress, press
PAUSE. The system will complete the current transmission, then it will wait five
minutes before continuing the transmission. You can send or receive a document
during this time. The programmable AutoDial job will resume after this
transmission/reception.
7. If you make a mistake while entering any number from the keypad, press NO
to backspace and erase incorrect digits or use the Cursor Direction Keys to move
the cursor to the incorrect digit. When the cursor is at the point of error, simply
enter the correct digit.
