Resume and Last Memory
When you sto p p layback of a disc,
RESUME
shows in the dis p lay indicating that you can
r esume p layback f r om that p oint.
With DVDs and Video CD/Su p e r VCDs, even if
ejected, the p lay p osition is sto r ed in memo r y.

The next time you load the disc, the dis p lay
shows LAST MEM and you can r esume
p layback.
If you want to clea r the r esume p oint, pr ess

(sto p ) while RESUME is dis p layed.
DVD-Video disc menus
Many DVD-Video discs contain menus f r om
which you can select what you want to watch.
Sometimes DVD-Video menus a r e dis p layed
automatically when you sta r t p layback; othe r s only

Video CD/Super VCD PBC menus
Some Video CD/Su p e r VCDs have menus f r om
which you can choose what you want to watch.

You can p lay a PBC Video CD/Su p e r VCD
without having to navigate the PBC menu by

r ting p layback using a numbe r button to
select a t r ack, r athe r than the

( p lay) button.

