Triggered by an REQ_MD signal, a QS2 command is issued to acquire data on the status of the MD.
• After the control program refers to the main shutdown (SD) data echoed back, when a shutdown is found to have been
generated, the green LED flashes the number of times (1-4) specified by the main MD SD data in a burst.
• If a shutdown is generated on the main unit side, the green LED flashes the number of specified times (5-15) in a burst,
as shown in the table below.
• If a shutdown is generated on the MD and main unit sides, MD SD data take priority.
How to cancel an alarm
If power is shut off in response to a shutdown (SD) or power-down signal,
turn the main power off, or unplug the power cord then reconnect it.
After making sure that the red LED goes dark, turn the main power back on.
