POWER
Triggered by an REQ_MD signal, a QS2 command is issued to acquire data on the status of the MD.
• After the control program refers to power-down (PD) data echoed back, when a power-down is found to have been
generated, the red LED flashes the number of times specified by the PD data in a burst.
• If a power-down is found in either of the 1st or 2nd set of PD data, the PD data that contain generated power-down data
are referred to.
• If power-downs are found in both the 1st and 2nd set of PD data, the 1st set of PD data is referred to, and the 2nd set of
PD data is ignored.

How to cancel an alarm
If power is shut off in response to a shutdown (SD) or power-down signal,
turn the main power off, or unplug the power cord then reconnect it.
After making sure that the red LED goes dark, turn the main power back on.
