- Wash and drain the inside of the frame (bowl/frame cham-
ber) with water, removing the side inspection panels on the
casing.
See Par. 3.3
7.4 BOWL-SREW SYSTEM CLOGGED
A limited amount of vibration is normal during the starting
and stopping phases, corresponding to the critical speed.
- None.
Moving parts out of balance due to:
Unsuitable foundations;
- Wear of th bearings of the scroll, wear of the scroll.
- Correct and strengthen support structure.
In the other cases ask for the Technical Assistance of
Pieralisi.
Rubber shock absorbers have lost elasticity or are
broken:
- Replace damaged shock absorbers.
Inside of rotor dirty or poorly cleaned

Reduction gear
Gears and bearings worn, and metal residue present in
lubrication oil.
- Ask for the Technical Assistance of Pieralisi.
Belts
Belts loose or worn.
- Check tension and, if necessary, replace (par.5.6).
