AVVERTENZA:
Qualora la macchina non sia dotata di un siste-
ma di ingrassaggio automatico l'immissione del
grasso nel vano dei cuscinetti viene effettuata
attraverso pompa a stantuffo e leva di normale
dotazione della macchina.
ATTENZIONE! L' immissione di una eccessiva
quantità di grasso deve essere evitata perché
provoca la fuoriuscita dello stesso attraverso i
meati della sua naturale sede di lavoro sia con
macchina ferma che soprattutto con macchina
in esercizio. Ne consegue lo sporcamento gene-
rale delle zone limitrofe e l'imbrattamento delle
cinghie di trasmissione del moto con inevitabili
slittamenti.

il reintregro del grasso, che va effettuato con 25gr per ogni
punto di ingrassaggio.
Grasso consigliato:
KLUBERSYNT UH1 64-1302
Reintegro grasso:
Ogni 250 ore di funzionamento.
NOTICE:
In the event the machine is not equipped with an
automatic greasing system, greasing is carried
out using the grease gun supplied as standard
with the machine.
WARNING! Overgreasing should be avoided since

openings in the work seat both when the machine
is stopped and above all when it is operating.
General contamination of the surrounding areas
follows, together with fouling of the drivebelts
and their consequent slipping.
4.5.5 BEARINGS OF THE SCREW GROUP
The bearings of the screw group have been greased with fat.

order to integrate the fat, that must be effected with 25g for
each greasing point.
Recommended grease:
KLUBERSYNT UH1 64-1302
Greasing:
Every 250 operating hours.

The use of non-authentic spare parts may cause machine
malfunctions, which in turn may lead to hazardous situations
for the operator and any individuals working near the machine.
