5.4 ADJUSTMENT OF DIFFERENTIAL RPM
(FIXED RETURN TRANSMISSION VERSION ONLY)
The adjustment of differential rpm may take place in two
ways, by discrete values or continuously.
Adjustment by discrete values takes place for machines with

In this case, given a certain screw rotation speed, in order to
go to a different value one must (Fig. 26):
1) Stop the machine (arrange for safe stopping, according to

4) Restart the machine.
The operations described above must be performed by PEP
personnel. It is recommended to always contact PIERALISI
technical personnel to perform these adjustments.
5.4 REGOLAZIONE DEI GIRI DIFFERENZIALI
(SOLO VERSIONE RINVIO FISSO)
La regolazione dei giri differenziali può avvenire in due modi,
per valori discreti o in maniera continua.
La regolazione per valori discreti avviene per le macchine

In questo caso, dato un certo regime di rotazione della coclea,
per passare ad un valore diverso, occorre (Fig. 26):
1) Fermare la macchina (predisporre la fermata in sicurezza,
secondo quanto riportato sul manuale dell' equipaggiamento

4) Riavviare la macchina.
Le operazioni sopra descritte devono essere eseguite da
personale PEP, si consiglia di contattare sempre il personale
tecnico PIERALISI per eseguire queste regolazioni.
Le regolazioni per valori continui avviene solo su macchine
dotate di secondo motore o di rotovariatore.
In questo caso la regolazione avviene agendo sugli appositi
comandi che devono essere approntati sul quadro elettrico e
può essere eseguita dall' utilizzatore stesso della macchina. Adjustment by continuous values is only performed on ma-

In this case adjustment is carried out by acting on the suitable
controls which must be provided on the electrical panel and
may be performed by the user of the machine themselves.
