3. Unable to establish Wi-Fi network connection
Overview
: If you hear
“
Unable to establish Wi-Fi network connection
”, this may mean that the signal strength at your location is not strong enough to connect the
AED to the cellular network. If possible, move the AED installation and try again. If you need assistance, contact Physio-Control Customer Support.
3.1
Use a smart phone to test the Wi-Fi signal strength and connection.
3.2
If Wi-Fi connection from the smartphone is working, check that Wi-Fi settings on the CR2 are correctly entered. Refer to
Store Wi-Fi Settings on CR2
or
Change or Remove Wi-Fi Settings
on the LPCR2 for details.
4. Connection Failed
Overview
: “
Connection Failed
” may be heard if Wi-Fi settings are stored on the
LPCR2
and the user has used the two-button press to attempt a Wi-Fi connection.
This voice prompt means the
LPCR2
can reach the Wi-Fi access point, but it cannot connect to LIFELINK or LIFENET System.
To Fix
: Have LIFENET Support check the
LPCR2
device registration record on the LIFENET server.
