Troubleshooting:
Voice Prompt
Description
Mobile Connection Initiated
After Wi-Fi "Communication Complete" or "Wi-Fi not
Configured" prompt and if Cell configured on the device. The
software will perform Cellular Troubleshooting when entering
Data Mode.
Connection in Progress
After completion of "Mobile Connection Initiated" and attempt to
establish a cellular network connection to LIFENET. During
connection attempt, device beeps every 5 seconds.
Unable to Establish Mobile
Network
If a cellular network connection cannot be established. Check
cellular signal from a smart phone and try again.
Connection Failed
If transmission timeout occurs before a successful connection
to LIFENET. Check cellular signal from a smart phone and try
again.
LIFENET Connection Error
An error has occurred while attempting to connect to LIFELINK
or LIFENET System. Contact SmartDesk for support.
Connection Established
The device has established a connection with LIFELINKcentral
AED Program Manager or LIFENET System. First HTTP
response is an OK. Start LIFENET Check-In after the
completion of "Connection Established"
This May Take Several Minutes
Informs user to allow several minutes for updates to complete.
After the completion of "Connection Established" and before
performing LIFENET Check-In. During LIFENET Check-In,
device will beep every 5 seconds.
Update in Progress
A software update is being downloaded and installed to the
device.
Rebooting
Once software update is complete and ready for reboot.
Software shall reboot after this prompt. When reboot is done,
"Mobile Connection Initiated" prompt plays again.
Communication Complete
After LIFENET Check-In completes. The device has finished
communicating with LIFELINKcentral AED Program Manager
or LIFENET System.
Connection Lost
The device has lost its connection to LIFELINKcentral AED
Program Manager or LIFENET System. If current LIFENET
Check-In session aborts after a successful LIFENET
connection has been established. Check cellular signal from a
smart phone and try again.
Powering Off
Informs user that the device is turning off. Upon termination of
Cellular Troubleshooting.
