PCCC object (67

The PCCC object provides the ability to encapsulate, and then transmit and receive PCCC
messages between devices on an EtherNet/IP network. This object is used to communicate
to MicroLogix, SLC 5/05 and PLC-5 PLCs over EtherNet/IP. The PCCC object does not
support class attributes or instance attributes.
The PCCC object supports instance 1.
