Practical information
Topping up with AdBlue ®
If you wish to top up yourself, please read
the following warnings carefully.
In cold weather, before performing the top-up
ensure that the temperature is above -11°C.
Otherwise the AdBlue
® may be frozen and so
cannot be poured into the tank.
Park your vehicle in a warmer area for a few
hours to allow the top-up to be carried out.

Before topping up, ensure that the vehicle is
parked on a flat and level surface.

Switch off the ignition to stop the engine
and remove the key from the switch.
Access through the boot (1.6 litre
BlueHDi Euro 6.1)
F
Raise the boot carpet then, depending on
equipment, lift out the spare wheel and/or
the storage box.
F
Without pressing, turn the black cap a
quarter turn anti-clockwise and lift it off.
F
Turn the blue cap a 6 th of a turn anti-
clockwise.
F
Lift off the cap.
Access through the fuel filler flap
(1.5 litre BlueHDi Euro 6.2)
F
With the vehicle unlocked, open the fuel
filler flap; the blue filler cap for the AdBlue
®
tank is located to the right of the black fuel
filler cap.
F
Turn the blue cap a 6
th
of a turn anti-
clockwise.
F
Remove the blue cap.
