Settings Menu: Circuit Functions (Continued)
Generic
No special Logic. Simple On/Off control of a circuit with all the programmable
capabilities.
Master Spa
Fixed “Spa” mode function. It does the following:
- Turns filter pump on.
- Turns Intake and Return Valves to Spa positions.
- Sets temperature and turns on heat source to Spa settings, as defined in the
heat menu.
- Switches the “Master Cleaner” circuit off when the spa is on.
Master Pool
Fixed “Pool” mode function. It does the following:
- Turns filter pump on.
- Turns Intake and Return Valves to Pool positions.
- Sets temperature and turns on heat source to Pool settings, as defined in the
heat menu.
Master Cleaner
Works with pressure-side pool cleaner pumps or in-floor cleaning pumps. It does
the following:
- Forces the filter pump on 5 minutes before the cleaner pump switches on.
- Switches the cleaner pump off when the spa is on.
- Switch the cleaner off for 5 minutes when the solar heating begins.
Spillway
For pool/spa combinations where the spa is raised above the pool. This setting
moves the return valve so that the filter pump pulls the water from the pool and
returns it to the spa, creating a water fall effect. Automatic pool cleaners are
turned off when this feature is turned on.
Floor Cleaner
This setting moves a 3-way valve every 20 minutes alternating flow between 2
cleaner system valves that feed the pop-up heads.
Light
Allows special lighting features to work, such as ALL lights on or ALL lights off.
IntelliBrite
Activates special colour lighting program for Pentair IntelliBrite, GloBrite, Color-
Cascade, ColorVision and MagicStream* lights.
MagicStream
Activates special program for Pentair MagicStream* laminars.
SAM Light
Activates special colour lighting program for older SAM type lights.
SAL Light
Activates special colour lighting program for older SAL type lights.
Photon Generator
Activates special colour lighting program for older Photon Generator type lights.
Color Wheel
Activates special colour lighting program for older Color-Wheel generator type
lights.
Valve
For possible future use, currently no special function.
*MagicStream laminars can be configured in either standard MagicStream mode or IntelliBrite
mode. To configure a MagicStream laminar to either mode, please refer to the MagicStream
owners manual.
