Setting up lights
From the Lights screen you can manually switch all lights on or off, synchronize coloured lights, and
activate colour light shows. Up to eight (EasyTouch PNP 10) or four (EasyTouch PNP 5) light circuits can be
configured from the “Config” light menu. Each light must have its own relay and separate circuit.
Setting up IntelliBrite Light Circuits
Before configuring the lights, be sure the auxiliary (AUX) circuits that control the IntelliBrite lights have
been assigned as an “IntelliBrite” light. For more information about “Circuit Functions” (page 30) and
“Circuit Names,” (page 28).
Globrite, Colorcascade, MagicStream* and ColorVision lights all use the IntelliBrite program.
*MagicStream laminars can be configured as either IntelliBrite or MagicStream. Refer to the MagicStream instruction manual for
details on setting mode.
Lights Menu
To access the Lights menu screen, press Menu > Lights.
The Lights menu settings are: MODES, COLORS, ALL ON, ALL OFF, SYNC, MAGICSTREAM, CONFIG:
Modes (IntelliBrite Color light shows, Color Swim, Color Set)
To access the Modes menu, press
Menu > Lights > Modes
. There are six pre-programmed colour light
shows to choose from. From the “Modes” screen you can select various preset show colour lighting effects,
such as “American mode” and “Sunset mode”, “Color Swim” or “Color Set.” Using the “Hold” and “Recall”
feature you can also capture and save a unique colour light show effect to recall at a later time.
The IntelliBrite colour “Mode” settings light shows are:
• Party:
Rapid colour changing building the energy and excitement
• Romance:
Slow colour transitions creating a mesmerizing and calming effect
• Caribbean:
Transitions between a variety of blues and greens
• American:
Patriotic red, white and blue transition
• Sunset:
Dramatic transitions of orange, red and magenta tones
• Royalty:
Richer, deeper, colour tones
If the IntelliBrite light was not previously on, after selecting a colour show mode, no illumination will occur
for up to ten (10) seconds (depending on the selection), then a white light will momentarily illuminate,
followed by the colour show mode selection. If the light was previously on, selecting the a colour show mode
button will momentarily illuminate the previously selected colour before changing to the selected colour
show.
Modes (Color Swim)
The Color Swim feature cycles through white, magenta, blue and green colours. Using IntelliBrite lights,
Color Swim creates an effect of swimming through a beam of colour. Use config screen to set light positions
so that tis feature may work. i.e. beam of colour will advance from position 1 to 2 to 3 to 4 and so on.
