BATTERY PACK
If the tying tool does not operate :
- Check that the tool is not jammed.
- Check the battery charge condition.

Set the ON/OFF switch 11 to the position “I“.
- If the charger still does not operate, bring the tool in its original packing to your authorized dealer.
NEVER ATTEMPT TO OPEN THE TOOL OR ITS ACCESSORIES
(you may damage them, and in particular, you will loose the benefit of the warranty).
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
To maintain the tying tool in perfect operating conditions, clean it periodically:
- Maintain the material passage way clean using compressed air to clean the front and inside sections of
the tool. Avoid using solvents such as trichlorothylene, white spirit, gasoline, etc.
- Put a small amount of oil on all link rods accessible on the upper section of the tool.
DO NOT OIL THE MATERIAL PASSAGE WAY, THIS COULD RESULT IN A MALFUNCTION OF THE
TOOL.

Do not leave the tool on the ground and do not expose it to rain.
- Every 200,000 ties, or once a year at least, bring the tool in its original packing to your authorized dealer
for servicing in order to extend its service life.
OFF-SEASON
- Store the tool, the battery pack and the charger in the original case away from heat, dust and humidity.
Also check that the ON/OFF switch 11 is set to OFF “0”.
- To conserve the service life of the battery and to prevent its deterioration, it is essential to store it in the
charged state and to recharge it every 2 months when it is not used.

NEVER ATTEMPT TO OPEN THE TOOL, THE REEL HOLDER OR THE BATTERY PACK. SUCH
ATTEMPT WOULD MAKE THE GUARANTEE VOID.
