PUTTING THE TOOL INTO SERVICE
- A few hours are usually necessary to get used to using the tool.
- Feeding of tie materials is not automatic. You need to straighten your arm every 3 to 5 ties to feed the
material.
- The tie material must always run free at the tool inlet. To prevent any malfunction, never bend the tie
material at inlet hole 5.

You can set the tie tension, according to the type of wood you want to tie, using selector 3 (Each of the 4
positions corresponds to a factory-set number of twists).
- Push selector 3.
- While holding the selector down, set the arrow to the required position.
- Release the selector.

- Place the belt unit at your back, around your waist.
- Take hold of the tyer in your hand, passing the power cable 6 between your arm and your body and the
tie 7 outside your arm.

With the other hand, set switch 11 from the “0” position to the “I” position (red side shows).
- Line up the front opening of the tool with the part to be attached and press on trigger 2. The cycle is
performed automatically. Lift the FIXION rotating it slightly to the side.
- Intermittent audio warning if AP25 is not used for 40 seconds. Stop warning by switching off power.

To stop your tyer, set switch 11 to the “0” stop position (red side hidden).
