Contacting Customer Support
If you have difficulty installing, configuring, or operating your scanner, you will
need our response as quickly as possible.
To speed our ability to help you, please have the following information available
prior to contacting Pearson NCS:
•
Customer number - listed on the shipping documents
•
Serial number and model number - located on the back of the scanner
•
A description of the problem, including whether you can determine the
source of the problem based on its symptoms
•
Any pertinent information related to the problem such as error messages or
sample output

Services not covered under your maintenance program may be billable.
