Unpacking & Contents
Although Peak Scientific takes every precaution with safe transit and
packaging, it is advisable to fully inspect the unit for any signs of transit
damage.
Any damage should be reported immediately to the carrier and Peak Scientific
or the distributor from whom the unit was purchased.
If possible, unpack the generator and allow to stand at room temperature for a
few hours. This will allow any condensation that may have formed during
transportation to evaporate from inside the generator.

Each shipping box should contain the following: -
Hydrogen Generator
Hex Key L-Shape Long Arm 2.5mm
⅜” Tygon Tubing
(use as Water Feed Hose)
Deioniser Column Resin Refill Kit
Barbed Hose Fitting
¼” & ⅜” Transport Plugs
Power Cable

Unpacking Instructions
The Precision 500 generator weights approximately
55Kg, and as such should only be lifted by two
people; do not attempt to lift on your own, as you
will significantly increase the chance of injury &
damage to yourself and other around you.
1.
Remove the 8 screws encircled in red around
the bottom of the crate lid and lift upwards.
2.
Next, with someone on either side of the unit,
position your hands underneath the unit as
shown by the arrows, ready to lift.
3.
Ensuring your knees are bend and your back
is straight, lift the unit to the desired location.
