Replacement of Deioniser Resin Column
The resin, in the Deioniser column, in the unit should be replaced every 6
months. Listed below are the instructions for replacing the Deioniser column.
1.
Switch the generator off.
2.
Using a 2.5mm Hex key remove the
screws located in the four bottom
corners of the generators cover, as
shown in the first image.
3.
Once the screws have been removed lift
the cover off the unit by pulling
upwards.
4.
Locate the used Deioniser Column, drain
tank or clamp prior to removing the
tubing from the top and bottom of the
column as showing in image 3..
5.
Remove the used column by pulling it
towards you.
6.
Fit a re-filled Deioniser Column into
the generator and reconnect the
tubing,
7.
Replace the cover and screws.
8.
Switch the unit on.
