•
ignore(0)
•
minor(1)
•
major(2)
•
minorSelfClearing(3)
•
majorSelfClearing(4)
No alarm is generated if set to ignore(0). Refer to Chapter 6, “Alarms” on page 39, for complete details on the
alarm severity parameters.
Bit Error Alarm Severity (bitErrSeverityMdsl)
This configures the severity of the alarm when the bit error rate (BER) exceeds the user configurable threshold.
The available options are:
•
ignore(0)
•
minor(1)
•
major(2)
•
minorSelfClearing(3)
•

Errored Seconds Alarm Threshold (errSecThresholdMdsl).
Sets the maximum number (or
threshold
) for
errored seconds that can occur without generating an alarm. The value is calculated from the time when the
port was last activated. If this value is exceeded, an alarm will be generated. This value is in seconds.
Severely Errored Seconds Alarm Threshold (sevErrSecThresholdMdsl).
Sets the threshold for severly
errored seconds that can occur without generating an error. The value is calculated from the time when the
port was last activated. If this value is exceeded, an alarm will be generated. This value is in seconds.
Unavailable Seconds Alarm Threshold (unavailSecThresholdMdsl).
Too many unavailable seconds can
