Table 4-26 provides an explanation of each Piece Counting CheckWeigher option with
all possible values (default settings are shown in
bold text
).

Setting Function
CheckWeigher [ Off , On ]
Enables the Piece Counting CheckWeigher functionality.
Nominal [ 100 PCS , nnnnnn PCS ], where:
nnnnnn Whole number between 1 and 999999
–OR–
[ 100.000 g , nnn . nnn g ], where:
nnn . nnn Decimal value between 0.001 and 620 grams
Defines the piece count or the weight of the piece count for which the
scale is checking.
TO [ 105 PCS , nnnnnn PCS ] where:
nnnnnn Whole number between Nominal and 999999
–OR–
[ 120.000 g , nnn . nnn % ] where:
nnn . nnn Decimal value between Nominal and 620 grams
Defines the overweight tolerance ( TO ) for use with the IN equivalence
scale on the left of the CheckWeigher screen.
TU [ 95 PCS , nnnnnn ] where:
nnnnnn Whole number between 1 and Nominal

[ 80.000 g , nnn . nnn % ] where:
nnn . nnn Decimal value between 0.000 and Nominal,
in grams
Defines the underweight tolerance ( TU ) for use with the IN equivalence
scale on the left of the CheckWeigher screen.
Limit type [ Pieces , Weight ]
Pieces Define TO and TU values, above, as piece counts
relative to the Nominal value
Weight Define TO and TU values in grams
