OPERATION PROCEDURES
Vertical setting
1
Insert the oxygen cylinder holder into the attachment
part for vertical setting as shown in the figure. (At
initial setting, it is already inserted.)

Turn the holder to adjust the position of an oxygen
cylinder so that it will not contact the back section
base.

Insert an oxygen cylinder into the oxygen cylinder
holder slowly and then firmly lock the cylinder by
tightening the three thumb screw knobs (one for
stopping the rotation of the holder and two for locking
the cylinder).

Pay attention not to hit the oxygen
cylinder holder and flowmeter
against the bed or wall when
transporting or adjusting the height
of stretcher. Otherwise, the oxygen
cylinder holder and flowmeter may
be deformed, resulting in injury.
7. Oxygen cylinder holder

The oxygen cylinder holder can contain a 500L (10cm to 11.5cm diameter) oxygen
cylinder.

The oxygen cylinder holder can be set either vertically or horizontally. (Initial setting is
vertical.)

When adjusting the position of the oxygen cylinder holder, be careful not to get your
fingers caught between the oxygen cylinder holder and the thumb screw knob (for
stopping the rotation of the holder) of the attachment part for vertical setting.

When not using the oxygen cylinder holder, store it under the back section base by
rotating it and firmly lock it by tightening the thumb screw knob (for stopping the
rotation of the holder).
