Display Configuration

on the CopperCom Configuration menu to display the current

Compression Format
To set compression globally or by port, follow the steps below.

“C”
on the CopperCom Configuration menu to set the compression
format.

Type the port number, or type
“0”
to set the compression for all ports. The
IAD displays a port prompt.

Type the option for the selected compression. The IAD saves the changes
and redisplays the menu.

Press Escape to return to the CopperCom Configuration menu and continue
configuration.
Framing Format

“F”

Debug Control
The commands in the CopperCom Debug Control menu are reserved for use
by Paradyne or CopperCom network engineers.
AAL2/LES CCS-ELCP
ATM Adaptation Layer 2/Loop Emulation Services (AAL2/LES) is a
broadband local loop emulation service (specifically telephony) that uses the
ATM AAL2 adaptation layer. CCS-ELCP is defined by ETSI EN 300 432-1
and ETSI EN 300 347-1.
