Installation guidelines
Preliminary note: For the table tops depicted below, the table plate has been removed for
better visibility of the individual work steps and is therefore not shown.
Attention
: The installation steps described below are largely only required for products
purchased on the North American market. In case you have received your
product fully assembled or installed, you do NOT need to follow these steps
and may skip them entirely or (if applicable) partially.
At least 2 persons are required to perform the assembly steps described below!
In addition, the following equipment must be made available as well as prepared in order
to be able to execute the described steps: Allen key 5mm (should already be contained in
the scope of delivery), Allen key 6mm, 13mm open-end wrench
Preparing the upper frame (version with flat top)
Before the top frame of your product can be connected to the base frame, the tilting
mechanism must first be installed. Firstly, the two M8-type screws in the clamping tube
(which were inserted for transport safety) must be removed in order to subsequently allow
the insertion of the rods for the tilting mechanism. These two M8-type bolts are no longer
needed in further processing and can be properly disposed of.
As can be seen in the picture instructions below, the rods supplied must initially be
inserted into the tube provided for this purpose.
