Adjustment of V-Top mechanism (for version with V-Top)
In case your product consists of a V-top stainless steel table plate, it is possible to adjust your
table top to a V-shaped position. This can be accomplished by locking and releasing the
clamping lever located on the bottom side of the respective table top half (as shown in the
figure below) through the applicable V-position tilt mechanism.
Particularly, please make sure that you use the clamping lever shown above for the
respective table top half as well as for the V-top adjustment and explicitly NOT the clamping
lever described in the previous chapter for the adjustment/tilt of the entire table top.
Consequently, if the position of the table top half concerned needs to be adjusted by means
of the V-top tilt mechanism described above, the user must first - as illustrated above - loosen
the clamping lever or move it to the horizontal position such that the table top half can now
be maneuvered or freely adjusted in the V-position.
When the clamping lever is loosened, the operator may adjust the product to the desired V-
position smoothly by manually gripping as well as holding the table top half on the
longitudinal side (see picture below).
