When Execution Command (i_bEN) is turned ON, this FB outputs the connected controller output
to Sensor Output (o_u3SensorOutput) as 16-bit word data and outputs the output data to Detected
Value (o_d15DetectedValue) in accordance with the input value of Response Data
(i_uResponseData).
