Transfer Head : Cleaning the Large Reflector

The large reflector is at the lower part of the transfer head, and makes the shade of chips reflecting
the LED lighting in recognition. Dirt on this large reflector can be the cause of fault recognition.

Press

UNLOCK

and .

• The X-Y unit moves and the head unit moves to

the feeder bay 1.

Turn off the servo switch.

Remove the nozzle from the transfer
head.

Remove the nozzle from each of A, B, and C
transfer heads.
