Check Every 140 Hours (Once a Week)

Cleaning the filter

Clean the vacuum filter inside of transfer head.
For cleaning the filter, 

 “1-4-6 Cleaning the Transfer Head and Nozzle  4. Cleaning the

vacuum filter.”

Checking the vacuum pressure and the cleaned filter

Enter the maintenance mode first. For entering the maintenance mode 

 “1-1-2 Maintenance

Mode”
The following is the description for after starting the maintenance mode.

1

. Turn off the servo switch.

If it has already been turned off, this is unnec-
essary.

2

. Remove the nozzle from the transfer

head.

∗

If the nozzle is not set to the transfer head,
this is unnecessary.

3

. Press  Filter check   .

• It turns to be the vacuum on.
