MAINTENANCE

Check Every 140 Hours (Every Week)

∗

The theta direction stopper is the part to reduce the deviation of theta axis of nozzle and transfer
head.
If the wider groove of nozzle reflector is fitted to the theta direction stopper, the gap between
them worsens the mount angle accuracy.

. Turn the theta direction stopper to

face to the operator.

∗

Change the stopper direction to set, checking
the nozzle direction.

5.

Set the nozzle.

∗

Fitting the narrower part of nozzle to the 

θ

direction stopper of nozzle holder, hold up the
nozzle vertically from the bottom, and push it
lightly until it is chucked.

∗

Set the nozzle to each of A, B, and C transfer
heads.

7.

Rechecking the arrangement of nozzle.

After setting nozzles, recheck the position and direction of nozzle set to the transfer head.

∗

The “Nozzle arrangement” screen represents
the arrangement of nozzle viewed from the
rear side of machine.

∗

After operation, put away boxes put under the head unit.
