Apply grease to the grease applying
face of the dust seal B with fingers.

[Oil: MOLYKOTE EM-50L]

Turn on the servo switch.

Press

UNLOCK

and UX .

• After the Y-axis of X-Y unit moves to the origin,

the detection head of X-axis goes and returns
at full stroke, spreading the grease to the
whole seal of X-axis linear encoder.

and UY .

• After the X-axis of X-Y unit moves to the origin,

the detection head of Y-axis goes and returns
at full stroke, spreading the grease to the
whole seal of Y-axis linear encoder.
