AC power cord is unplugged.

Malfunction of the Power Supply Unit of the Basic Shelf or Power
Supply System (Backboard, CPU card) failure of the Shelf
Countermeasures
Note *It is desirable to store the system programming data on a floppy disk
to facilitate accurate and rapid recovery, considering the limited
running time (about 3 years) of the backup battery in case the Power
Failure continues for a long time.
