5.1.2 Connection
Connection between the KX-TD500 and a Proprietary Telephone:

Connection between the KX-TD500 and a Single Line Telephone that is polari-
ty-sensitive:
CAUSE
The T/R is connected to the D1/D2.
The P1/P2 is connected to the D1/D2.
SOLUTION
Use the correct cord (two
inner wires are for T/R and
the two outer wires are for
D1/D2).
Use the correct cord (two sec-
ond wires from the outside
are for D1/D2 and two
outer wires are for P1/P2).
