11.3.6 Using an SD card
Problem
Cause & Solution
No image are displayed.
L
There is no SD card inserted in the unit. Insert a supported SD card (page
81).
L
The inserted SD card is not compatible with the unit. Use a supported SD
card (page 80).
L
There is no files stored on the SD card. Save files on the SD card in a
supported file format beforehand.
L
The file is too large or is in an unsupported format. Use a supported file
format (page 31).
It takes considerable time to
display an image.
L
It may take some time until the image is displayed, depending on the image
format and size of the image. This is normal.
I cannot save the data to an
SD card.
L
There is no SD card inserted in the unit. Insert a supported SD card (page
81).

The write-protect switch of the SD card is in the lock position. Unlock the
switch to allow write access (page 80) and try again.

There is not enough space to save new files on the SD card. Delete
unnecessary files, and try again.
I cannot print a file saved on
the SD card.

You tried to print different file formats onto 1 page. Activate the continuous
print setting (page 32).

The file may be broken. Try viewing the file on your computer.
