Printer Collation

Clicking on the “Printer Collation” check box allows you to print the copies of the entire document
a number of times, from 1st page to the last page. If you print 3 copies of a 5 page document,
printer prints page 1 through page 5 three times.
The hard disk drive must be installed in the printer to use this feature.

If an application software has collation feature, it is recommended to disable the applicaton’s
collation option of the print window when printing a document with the collation feature. The printer
driver’s Printer Collation feature will provide faster printing than application’s collate feature.
