Edit
Edits the watermark selected in the Select a watermark list.
To edit a watermark:
(1) Click the watermark to be changed and click
[Edit]
.
The Edit Watermark window is displayed.
(2) Change the settings and/or watermark text (
see “Watermarks - New (Edit) Watermark
Window” on page 169
).
(3) Click
[OK]
.

New
Adds a new watermark.
To create a new watermark:
(1) Click
[New]
.
The New Watermark window is displayed.
(2) Enter a new watermark text in the Text box instead of <New>.
(3) Specify the other settings (
see “Watermarks - New (Edit) Watermark Window” on page
169
).
(4) Click
[OK]
.

Delete
Deletes the watermark selected in the Select a watermark list.
To delete the watermark:
(1) Click the watermark to de deleted and click
[Delete]
.
The confirmation window is displayed.
(2) Click
[OK]
.

On first page only
Prints the watermark on only the first page of the current document.

In background
Specifies whether to print the watermark in the foreground or the background (the default). In
some applications, graphic images might cover up watermarks printed in the background. If you
cannot view the watermark on the printed page, remove the check of
In background
.

As outline only
Prints only the outline of the watermark and does not fill in its characters. Choose this option if the
watermark is covering up graphic images in your document.

Print Preview Image
Displays a preview of the watermark as it will appear on the printed page.
