How to install optional items

12 How to install optional items

UV irradiation intensity can be increased and the temperature of the irradiation target area can be
lowered by installing the following optional units in the light guide fiber unit.

12.1

UVIncreasing UV irradiation intensity (Lens unit)

To collect UV light for higher UV intensity, use a lens unit.

Insert the lens unit into the UV-ray outlet of the light
guide fiber unit.

Tighten the two hexagonal socket head screws with a
hexagonal wrench (3 mm).

Do not scratch the lens or touch it with bare hands. If the lens is dirty,
gently wipe it with a cloth damped with alcohol.
