COS/802.1p
COS (Class Of Service) is well known as 802.1p. It describes
that the output priority of a packet is determined by user priority
field in 802.1Q VLAN tag. The priority value is supported
0to7.COS value map to 4 priority queues: High, Middle, Low, and
Lowest.
COS Port Default
When an ingress packet has not VLAN tag, a default priority value
is considered and determined by ingress port.

Description
TOS/DSCP
TOS (Type of Service) is a field in IP header of a packet. This
TOS field is also used by Differentiated Services and is called the
Differentiated Services Code Point (DSCP). The output priority
of a packet can be determined by this field and the priority value is
supported 0 to 63. DSCP value map to 4 priority queues: High,
Middle, Low, and Lowest.
