Install the product within the enclosure in order to avoid contact with hands.

Be sure to maintain a protective ground in case hands should make contact with the product. Securely ground the
Protective Earth Terminals of the lineard motor and driver.

and wiring” on p.20. Be sure to conduct EMC measures with the product assembled in your equipment by referring to
