Oracle Server X8-8 has 16 Gen 3 PCIe slots. These slots can contain cards installed at the

factory, or cards can be ordered from Oracle and installed on site. All PCIe cards must be of a

type supported for your server. The Dual PCIe Card Carrier (DPCC) slots are hot-pluggable.

Some PCIe cards require configuration, either when you install the server, or when you add

or change them. Review the server product notes for a complete list of supported PCIe cards:
