The UPS system
does not make
the expected
time available for
the data backup.
The batteries must be
charged or replaced.
Connect the UPS system to the
mains power for 48 hours to charge
up the batteries.
Please contact support.
No voltage is
available at the
output connec-
tions of the UPS
system.
The UPS system is in
standby mode. Establish the power supply for the
connected system: Press the on/off
button for at least one second until
the "UPS starting
…" is displayed on
the control panel.
The UPS system
is not started.
The power cable is not con-
nected correctly. Check the connections of the mains
cable.
The emergency-off switch is
active or the REPO connec-
tion is missing. Check the emergency-off connec-
tion.
The UPS system
runs in normal
mode, however,
several or all
consumers are
not switched on.
The consumers are not
properly connected to the
UPS system. Check whether the consumers are
connected with the connections of
the UPS system.
The battery test
was not per-
formed or was
interrupted.
One of the conditions listed
under "Performing the au-
tomatic battery tests" was
not fulfilled. Rectify the problem and start the test
again.
The UPS system
does not switch
into bypass
mode.
The bypass mains current is
not suitable. Check the quality of the bypass
mains current.
The bypass mode is deac-
tivated. Check whether the bypass settings
are configured correctly (see
Con-
figuring the bypass settings ).
The UPS com-
munication is not
working.
The data transfer rate to the
serial interface is set for
USB incorrectly. For USB,
the setting must be 2400
Baud. Check whether the "Serial interface
configuration" setting is 2400 Baud
(see
User Settings ).
