Report/List print out

Activity report

(1) Automatic print out

Turning the “Automatic print out” setting for the Activity report ON will cause an Activity report to be
printed out once the facsimile has completed 40 individual communications. The date and time of the
communication, as well as information regarding the other party can be verified by printing out this
report. It is additionally possible to have an Activity report printed out each day in order to verify the
communications which took place within the last 24 hours.

1. Press the FUNCTION key 6 times.

2. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key.

3. Press the FUNCTION key 5 times.

4. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key.

* To cancel the procedure part way through, press the

STOP/RESET key. The fax will revert to the initial mode.

5. Use the keypad to select whether the Activity report will

be automatically printed out after each 40 transactions,
every day or not at all.

No automatic print out: Press “0”.
Automatic print out: Press “1”.
Print out every day: Press “2”.
