tion: lift the receiver to answer the call.
Message: "CONNECTING"
The fax is carrying out the connection with your re-
mote party fax machine.
Message: "DOCUMENT READY"
You have inserted correctly the document in ADF.
Message: "OFF HOOK"
You connected to the line by pressing the HOOK key
or by lifting the receiver of the connected telephone.
Message: LINE ON HOLD", "PRESS HOLD"
You have temporarily “held” a telephone conversa-
tion by pressing the HOLD key: press the HOLD key
to talk again with your remote party.
Message: "RX COMPLETED"
The reception was carried out successfully.
Message: "POLL RX HH:MM"
You have carried out a transmission request (Polling
reception).
Message: "DIALLING"
The fax is dialling the remote party.
Message: "NEW PRINT HEAD ?", "1=YES 0=NO"
You have inserted a disposable print head for the first
time or removed and then reinserted it: answer ap-
propriately. If you answer “yes” but the print head is
not new, the fax machine will not detect the end of ink
condition.
Message: "TX COMPLETED"
The transmission was carried out correctly.

You have set a transmission from the memory.
Message: "TRANSMITTING ..."
There is a transmission underway.
