Chapter 4 Adjustments

4.2 Adjustment When Replacing a Part

Adjustment is necessary when replacing any one of the following parts.

Part Replaced

Adjustment

LED Head

Set the LED head drive time.

Image Drum Cartridge

Reset the image drum counter (refer to User's
manual).

4.2.1 Setting of LED Head Drive Time

Note:

When the luminous intensity marking of the replacement LED head (new part) is same as that of the

removed LED head (old part), do not set the LED head drive time.
